Honestly? This is one of the fairest ToS/Privacy policies you'll encounter. The most 'concerning' thing is binding arbitration for disputes — but even then, they explicitly carve out injunctive relief. They refund unused credits if they terminate you without cause, auto-refund failed analyses, and explicitly say they don't sell your data, track you across the web, or use your data to train AI. For a paid SaaS tool, this is remarkably consumer-friendly.
